1. General information.
The Operator of the www.red-development.pl Website is RED Real Estate Development sp. z o. o. NIP (Tax Identification Number): 701-000-78-17 Regon (National Business Registry Number): 140434490 KRS (National Court Register) 0000252499, with its registered office at ul. Aleje Jerozolimskie 53/120, 00-697 Warsaw.
The website gathers information about the users and their behavior in the following manner:
a) Through the information submitted voluntarily by the users in the forms,
b) Through recording cookie files (the so-called “cookies”) in the end devices.
c) Through collecting www server log by the IQ. hosting operator, functioning under the iq.pl address.
2. Information in the forms.
The website gathers the information which has been voluntarily provided by the user.
The website can also store information about the connection parameters (the time stamp, the IP address).
The data from the form is not made available to any third parties in any other way than with the consent of the user.
The data provided in the form may be a collection of any potential customers registered by the Operator of the Website in the register kept by the Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data.
The data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of the specific form, e.g. in order to handle the process of handling a service request or a commercial contact.
The data provided in the forms can be transferred to entities which technically implement some of the services – this regards in particular the transfer of the information on the owner of a registered domain to entities being Internet domain operators (above all, NASK – NATIONAL RESEARCH INSTITUTE), the websites handling payments, or any other entities with which the Website Operator cooperates within this scope.
3. Information on cookie files.
The Website uses cookie files.
The so-called cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Website User’s end device and are designed to use the pages offered by the Website. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, their storage time on the user’s end device, as well as a unique number.
The Website Operator is the entity that uploads the cookies on the Website User’s end device as well as the one that has access to it.

a) creating statistics which help to understand how the Users of the Website use web pages, which makes it possible to improve their structure and content;

4. The server logs.
The information regarding some of the behaviors of the users is subject to logging in the server layer. This data is used only for the purposes of the website administration and to ensure the most efficient handling of the provided hosting services possible.
The browsed resources are identified through the URL addresses. In addition, the following may be recorded:
a) the time the query has been received,
b) the time the response has been sent,
c) the client’s station name – identification handled by the HTTP protocol,
d) the information on the errors which have occurred during the implementation of the HTTP transaction,
e) the URL address of the site previously visited by the user (the referer link) – in case when the Website was entered via a link,
f) the information regarding the user’s browser,
g) Information regarding the IP address.
The data referred to above is not associated with any specific persons browsing the websites.
The above data is used only for the purposes of the administration of the server.
5. Making the data available.
The data is subject to sharing with external entities only within the legally permissible limits.
The data enabling the identification of a natural person is only made available upon this person’s consent.
The operator may be obliged to provide the information gathered by the Website to authorized authorities on the basis of legal requests, within the scope resulting from the nature of such a request.
