Erbud, the construction group, has been entrusted with general construction for Alpha Estate. Erbud handles investments in the residential, industrial and public sectors in Poland and abroad.
Designer Studio APA Sp. z o.o.
Plans and designs are authored by company Autorska Pracownia Architektury Sp. z o.o. seated in Warsaw, ul. Słomińskiego 19/4. For Alpha Estate it is represented by Mr Michał Sondij. The company has been active in the design business uninterruptedly since 1982 both in locally and abroad. Its key projects include among others Norway House in Warsaw, Cinema and Theatre Complex in Libia, and Mochtyńska, Syta and Słowiki residential estates here in Warsaw.
Reescon
The project's due diligence is supervised by Reescon. The company is in charge of, among others, consultancy in real estate acquisition, the preliminary concept, administration, contractor procurement, contract negotiations, inspection of documents, investor's supervision and project commercialization.

BRE Bank Hipoteczny is a mortgage loan bank that supports realization of the investment.
